We begin with a free initial workshop to understand your needs and identify automation opportunities. Timelines depend on the project's complexity. A simple automation can be up and running in 1 to 2 weeks. For more ambitious projects, such as a custom AI application or connecting your different tools, allow 4 to 8 weeks. A detailed schedule is shared with your project team from the start.
After the analysis phase, you receive a precise, detailed, no-obligation proposal. We bill either at a fixed price or on a time-and-materials basis, depending on your request. Full transparency on our proposals and on every phase of the project is one of our core values.
Security is at the heart of our approach. We use industry-standard encryption protocols. Your data belongs to you, and your sovereignty over it is a key principle for us, in line with the GDPR. We follow your organization's access rules and the privileges granted to each user. By default, your data is never used to train third-party models. Yes. Every project includes 6 weeks of support after go-live, the first two with enhanced, hands-on assistance. We handle maintenance and updates, and remain available for any questions. Extended support contracts are also available for ongoing assistance.
