This policy covers the pragma4.com website and all the data processing described below.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us:

  • Contact form: name, email, phone, company and website (optional), country, subject, message, any attachments;
  • Newsletter: email address;
  • Booking a meeting (via Cal.com): name, email, chosen time slot.

No sensitive data is collected. The site does not set advertising cookies or trackers for profiling purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your requests (contact form): pre-contractual steps taken at your request and legitimate interest;
  • Sending the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
  • Managing meetings: pre-contractual steps taken at your request;
  • Anonymous visit statistics (page view counter and approximate location): legitimate interest, without identifying visitors.

Recipients and processors

Your data is used internally only. It is processed on our behalf by the following processors:

  • GitHub (website hosting);
  • Supabase (database and forms, hosted in the European Union);
  • n8n (form processing automation);
  • Google Workspace (business email);
  • Cal.com Inc. (meeting booking);
  • Klaviyo Inc. (email delivery: contact, newsletter), United States.

Where data is transferred outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention periods

  • Contact requests: 3 years after our last exchange;
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe;
  • Client data: for the duration of the contract, then as required by our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, Portugal) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
